VMS Securities Limited, VMS Investment Group (HK) Limited and their affiliated companies (collectively, “VMS Group”) would like to alert its clients and the general public to fraudulent mobile APP, which could be downloaded from mobile phone APP store, fraudulent website and/or platform with unauthorized usage of VMS Group’s name and logo.
VMS Group would like to remind its clients that they can access to VMS Group’s website via the homepage at https://www.vmsam.com/ and https://www.vmssec.com/, and VMS Group hereby declares that it does not have any affiliation or connection whatsoever with the fraudulent APP, website or platform. VMS Group shall not be responsible for any direct and/or indirect loss, damage and expense arising out of the direct, indirect and/or in whatever form usage, connection, linkage or log of the fraudulent website and/or platform. VMS Group and all its connected persons and employees shall not be held liable.
